Rachel Lee is a Junior Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company. She has a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Global Health from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in International Nutrition from the University of British Columbia. Since joining Ference & Company in 2020, Rachel has supported a wide range of evaluations and research projects for clients at the federal level and for NGOs. Her responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and synthesis.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel supported non-profit organizations and academic institutions in international projects that focused on child rights, gender-based violence, reproductive health, as well as maternal and child health in countries such as South Africa and Rwanda. In addition, she worked as a food safety coordinator to design and implement a food safety plan. She is interested in contributing her skills towards achieving health equity and social justice for marginalized communities.
