Rachel Lee is a Junior Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company. She is interested in contributing her skills towards achieving health equity and social justice for marginalized communities. Before joining Ference & Company in 2020, she supported non-profit organizations and academic institutions in international projects that focused on child rights, gender-based violence, reproductive health, as well as maternal and child health in countries such as South Africa and Rwanda. In addition, she worked as a food safety coordinator to design and implement a food safety plan. Rachel has a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Global Health from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in International Nutrition from the University of British Columbia.
