Jenna Bentley is an Evaluation Consultant at Ference & Company. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.

In her role, Jenna leads and supports the design, coordination, and implementation of research and evaluation projects, including data collection, analysis, and the translation of findings into accessible knowledge products. She has experience conducting mixed-method evaluations for federal and provincial clients, as well as non-profit organizations, and brings a strong background in health systems, community engagement, and qualitative data analysis.

Prior to joining Ference & Company, Jenna worked as a researcher at a population and public health consulting firm, supporting governments, NGOs, and health authorities in addressing social determinants of health. She also served as a Program Coordinator for a provincial cancer care program, where she coordinated clinical operations for a multidisciplinary team and implemented quality improvement initiatives. As an MPH student, Jenna competed in, and placed first in, both the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Student Case Competition and the World Evaluation Case Competition.
