Cassandra Parsons is a Senior Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company. Since joining the firm in 2020, she has lead evaluations and research projects focused on social equity of underserved populations for government and not-for-profit organizations. Her interests are in the development of evaluation processes that are inclusive and accessible to diverse stakeholders. Her areas of experience include global health, public health, healthcare systems, harm reduction and qualitative data analysis. Prior to Ference & Company, Cassandra worked as an Evaluation Specialist with a healthcare-focused team in Vancouver, and led the evaluation of an experiential learning course based in Durban, South Africa. Cassandra has a bachelor’s degree in biology-chemistry and international development studies from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Public Health in global health from Simon Fraser University. Cassandra holds a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation through the Canadian Evaluation Society.
