Cassandra Parsons is a Principal Consultant at Ference & Company, where she leads strategic evaluations and research focused on advancing equity, informing program growth, and strengthening public systems. She specializes in projects that serve equity-deserving populations and works closely with government and non-profit clients across Canada.

Through her work at the firm, Cassandra leads the development of innovative evaluation approaches that reflect the unique needs of her clients and the communities they serve. She brings particular strength in designing inclusive methods; looking to co-develop new models and tools to support meaningful engagement and actionable insights. Her areas of expertise include public health, research and education, healthcare systems, youth programs, and qualitative research and synthesis.

Before joining Ference & Company in 2020, Cassandra worked as an Evaluation Specialist in British Columbia’s health sector and led the evaluation of a university-led experiential learning initiative in Durban, South Africa. She holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Simon Fraser University and a BA in Biology-Chemistry and International Development Studies from the University of New Brunswick. She is the Vice-President of the Canadian Evaluation Society and a Credentialed Evaluator (CE).
