Ference & Company Consulting Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading program evaluation and research consulting firms. Founded in 1980, our firm has always been at the forefront of the evaluation and research field, bringing knowledge, experience, and passion to every assignment we have been trusted to complete.

Ference & Company offers a variety of services including program evaluations, performance measurement design and coaching, consultations and knowledge translation, business planning, market sector strategies, as well as a broad range of other studies. Our diverse client base represents federal and provincial/territorial governments, Indigenous organizations and governments, non-profit organizations, and industry associations across the areas of health, employment and social development, public safety, immigration and settlement, arts and culture, agriculture, forestry, innovation, and more.

Our clients don’t engage us to prepare reports. Rather, they look to us to provide analysis and direction that will inspire and inform action. Across all projects, we endeavour to provide our clients with the strong evidence base they need to drive the future of their programs and organization.
