Samantha Jibb is a Senior Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company. Prior to joining Ference & Company, Samantha worked as an Evaluation Lead and Quality Improvement Specialist in the public health and acute healthcare sectors. Samantha brings expertise in evaluation design and implementation, performance measurement and monitoring, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, coaching, capacity building and quality improvement. Samantha completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences (honours) and Master of Public Health degrees at the University of Western Ontario. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare certification and is a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) with the Canadian Evaluation Society.
