Kate Benner is a Junior Evaluation Consultant at Ference & Company. She has a Master of Public Health Degree from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Quest University Canada with a focus in Health Sciences. Prior to joining Ference & Company, Kate worked as a research assistant at a research lab focused on equitable and respectful perinatal care, where she supported with data management of a national cross-sectional survey and coordinated multi-stakeholder analysis teams. Kate has also contributed to evaluation planning and reporting through a practicum placement at an evaluation consulting firm, and recently completed a series of community case studies on collaborative climate action. She maintains a strong focus on community-led, participatory, and equity-driven practices in her work.
