Danica Dahlin is a Junior Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company. Prior to joining Ference & Company, Danica completed a Master of Arts degree in Political Science with a specialization in International Relations from Carleton University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Political Science with specialization in Canadian Social Policy and Comparative Politics from the University of Lethbridge. Danica’s recent work experience consists of an internship in the Durable Solutions Unit with United Nations High Commission of Refugees (UNHCR) Canada. At UNHCR she partook in a research project aimed at implementing a new “athletic pathway” for refugee resettlement which led to the resettlement of three Refugee Olympians to Canada from the 2020 Refugee Olympic Team. Additionally, Danica worked for the Local Engagement Refugee Research Network (LERRN) and Refugees Seeking Equal Access at the Table (R-SEAT) and assisted both organizations in exploring research on refugee policy, governance, leadership and participation within the Global Refugee Regime.
