Cassandra Parsons is an Evaluation Consultant with Ference & Company since 2020. Her areas of experience include global health, public health, healthcare systems, harm reduction and qualitative data analysis. Cassandra has a range of global health experience including qualitative projects in Malawi and South Africa focused on HIV, youth and equity. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology-chemistry and international development studies from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Public Health in global health from Simon Fraser University. Prior to Ference & Company, Cassandra worked as an Evaluation Specialist with a healthcare-focused team in Vancouver. She is also a two-time national champion of the Canadian Evaluation Society’s Student Case Competition, where she focused on logic model development and participatory data collection methodology.
